O café da manhã deixou a desejar. Suco de caixinha, fungo verde dentro da jarra de água, e demais produtos de gluten, como bolo e pães, sao de baixo qualidade. Filas enormes para pegar elevador, um dos elevadores está quebrado há muito tempo e aparentemente eles não conseguem consertar. Tivemos que usar a escada de 15 andares. O elevador não parava no nosso andar. O hotel está muito velho. Fomos maltratados pela atendente que foi cínica diante de nossas reiteradas reclamações sobre o elevador, aparentemente ela fingia que já tinha chamado assistência sabendo que isso não ocorreria.

Positive: This is a good hotel. The location is excellent. The breakfast is very good with different kind of food. The staff are polite and helpful. The room is spacious and the shower is very good. Negative: It is difficult to watch tv, because the image freezes every minute. We called the front desk and ask them why we were having that problem and they told us they didn't know. We asked them for an extra pillow and they gave it to us the night before we left. The elevator is old and goes down really, really fast. Overall, a good hotel to stay a few nights, but it needs renovations, especially the elevators.

O quarto muito confortavel, amplo, com armario e frigobar, banheiro com box e chuveiro com agua quente, secador de cabelo tambem presente. Cafe da manha variado com opcoes de frutas, iogurtes, bolos, paes, frios, café, leite, sucos, ovos e salsicha. Internet nao gostei muito, a rede movel tava melhor que o wifi. O transporte é de facil acesso, a regiao tem tudo que vc precisa. O elevador opera com excelente velocidade, mas precisa de manutencao no que diz respeito ao funcionamento dos botoes quando vc aperta pra escolher o andar que vai... ao acionar, ele nao responde aos comandos de imediato, temos que insistir pra funcionar. So tinha um dos elevadores funcionando e considerando que eu estava no 15 andar, foi incoveniente. Ainda assim saio com uma boa avaliacao do local.

Hotel médio que poderia ser melhor

O hotel é bem localizado, o quarto, o enxoval e as moças da higienização sao ótimos. O hotel sempre tem muitos hóspedes e 3 elevadores: um ótimo, outro que custa muuuito a subir e outro desligado "em manutenção". Não tem acessibilidade e nem sempre tem alguem para auxiliar a subir as escadas com as malas. Chegamos a noite e estava frio. Pedimos cobertores na portaria e a resposta que recebemos do atendente foi simplesmente "não temos aqui e nao tenho acesso à rouparia". O café da manhã é escasso e com pouca reposição. A foto de identificação do hotel no aplicativo nao é do hotel, portanto inverídica.

As comodidades do hotel em si são boas, chuveiro muito bom, cama macia, tudo limpo, porém o barulho da rua (devido à localização) tornou nossa estadia muito inferior ao esperado. Acordamos muito cedo, com sinos da igreja e barulho de carros antes das 6h da manhã. Pra quem deseja descansar, não é o hotel ideal. Se você precisa acordar cedo, é uma boa opção.

Ótimo atendimento! Custo benefício incrível

Viajei com minha mãe para conhecer BH e ficamos no Normandy! Foi tudo ótimo, o hotel é confortável, muito bem localizado e fizemos muitas coisas a pé. Nos sentimos seguras e o atendimento foi muito bom. Acho que o hotel poderia considerar uma reforma no futuro, mas gostei da estadia.

Infelizmente, minha experiência neste hotel foi bastante decepcionante. As fotos do site não condizem com a realidade — as áreas comuns do hotel estão mal conservadas e longe do que foi apresentado. A localização é perigosa, principalmente à noite, o que me deixou bastante insegura ao sair e voltar. O hotel estava superlotado, o que gerou barulho constante nos corredores e um ambiente caótico nas áreas comuns. Para piorar, os elevadores estavam estragados, o que causou enormes filas e muito desconforto, principalmente para quem estava com malas ou tem mobilidade reduzida. Estava hospedada no 17 andar e tive que muitas vezes descer e subir pelas escadarias pois a espera com outros hospedes e carrinhos das camareiras passava de 20 min, Definitivamente não recomendo e não pretendo voltar.

Já hospedei por 4 vezes . Na terceira vez faltou água no hotel. Desta vez teve problemas com os elevadores descemos do 14°andar de escada. Precisei de mais uma diária troquei de quarto pq a cama do q estava era muito ruim. Fui p o 9°andar a cama era melhor mas o banheiro deixou muito a desejar n tinha ducha e no lugar do box era uma cortina. Tirando isso o cafe da manha é bom e o hotel muito limpo. As meninas do atendimento atenciosa.

Ao selecionar o hotel é informado que há estacionamento disponível, mas o estacionamento é fora do hotel e pago. Isso só é informado depois que a reserva é confirmada. O quarto premium não tem nada de premium. Toalhas com cheiro ruim e sujas (achei um cabelo em uma das toalhas), banheiro com cheiro ruim também e sem exaustor (janela alta sem acessibilidade para pessoas mais baixas) e as janelas do quarto não tem vedação alguma, o que faz com que todo o barulho da rua entre no quarto. Estivemos lá em em sábado e de meia-noite até 4 da manhã estavam montando uma feira na rua, ou seja, não dormimos absolutamente nada por conta do barulho que entrava pelas janelas. O café da manhã é farto, mas é mediando, nada demais. Enfim, esperava bem mais do hotel…

Pua do banheiro tinha vazamento que era necessário várias toalhas no chão. Fiquei três dias e não resolveram. Teto do banheiro cheio de mofo. Freezer do frigobar não cabia uma água de tanto gelo. Tive que descongelar para usar.
