"WAY better than expected!! Private room with 2 twin beds and bathroom. We had a window to keep room cool. We faced O'Farrell so street noise was loud. Hopefully there is a special place in hell for car alarm owners or Harley riders. Great valley. Public transportation is close. Tenderloin is a couple of blocks west so it can mostly be avoided. Would stay again "

"Had a great stay minus one of the doors going to the bathroom got stuck and I had to get rescued by the staff lol but it was no big deal. Very convenient place to stay and I was able to walk to get food and back. I’m from Seattle and it felt like I was in Seattle still. "Room had everything we needed and was accessible. Hotel offers parking but limited spots on main level , additional in bottom level. Staff were extremely friendly! One downside is just the location , if you’re a light sleeper there is a lot of noise around the area but they do offer complementary ear plugs! I would definitely still stay there again! "
