"Great value"

"No bathroom light in room 6, for the men’s. Loose floor tile in front of sink in the men’s bathroom. Half ass cleaning job. No anonymity whatsoever. Staff talk to you any kind of way they one. No parking on site, that sucks. They will throw away ur food if it doesn’t have ur name on it. And there’s no pots or pans on site to cook with."

"Staff was great! Room was nice. It was noisy, as expected. My only complaint was the pillows, oh my god they were hard. Other than that what I needed was a place to sleep and that's what I got"

"I was very excited for my weekend trip to San Francisco, but unfortunately, I had to deal with rude staff that was unwilling to help. The AC unit in the room was not working from the moment I arrived and the maintenance has never showed up to even try to fix the issue. Through the whole we can stay I kept pulling up on the status of the AC repair and all I got was confused looks and disregard. "The rooms were very nice and very clean, but it is definitely more on the hotel side rather than a hostel. There isn’t much of a lobby to hang out in and quiet hours past 10pm are taken pretty seriously. The staff was so amazingly helpful and very kind, and I overall loved my experience there. Would highly recommend as a clean and comfortable place to stay, but less so as a social hub that so many other hostels are."
