"I absolutely loved this apt and hope it is available the next time we visit LA. it accommodated our entire family, and we felt welcome and at home. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, grocery close enough, and transportation (train). Parking was not convenient in the evenibg, but that is expected in downtown LA and has NOTHING to do with the apt itself, just our poor planning. 5stars"

"The pool in pictures is not the pool at property. There’s a hot tub on the roof. No pool towels. Place was clean and neat. Just promised my kids a pool and there wasn’t one so it was a bust in that sense. Also the fees were outrageous, I am military and don’t make a lot of money and this place was super expensive. "

"The town home was spacious and perfect for our party of 14. Only one parking spot in the courtyard but street parking was not an issue. Very close to Hollywood and easy drive everywhere else."

Also extra love the special design touch of the lobby decor: a mnemonic device sentence with the major downtown street names written in pink neon."

"Property is very nice. Loved the inside and how roomy it was. There’s plenty of parking lots around the area but it would be great if they give overnight discount for hotel guests. No in and out privileges. Would not stay there again because of parking issue. "

"There is no parking for this unit you have to pay a daily rate in the paid parking lot The noise at night is unbearable the window don’t close all the way so every conversation was like it was happening in the unit there is a food truck all night right below the unit The bed in the unit has no support!!! Could not sleep on it!!! I would not recommend staying here!!"
