"First, most everything was good to very good; things were clean, the staff friendly and helpful etc etc.
Specifically, and to address some of the shade other people have written about this place. This is a hotel at a certain price point and for this price point it was solid. Was it the Four Seasons? No, obviously not, but because of the friendly staff, clean rooms, inexpensiveness and the fact it was easy to get to count for a lot.
My only real suggestions for this place would be to upgrade the pillows, have an extra blanket in the room or use heavier bedspreads and finally, have some protein option for the breakfast bar and stop stocking "red delicious" apples because everyone knows they are mealy garbage apples. *The breakfast bar was the smallest I've ever seen, it had breads, butter, jelly, weak coffee and I think pancake or waffles etc, but no proteins.
Some other random bits. Yes, it's on a busy road so if you are sensitive to morning road noise you should know that, but if you are you should be bringing ear plugs anyways.
Overall I would not only stay here again I would recommend it to others. It's not a destination stay, but a safe, clean, functional place. There's a good breakfast place next door and a really cool market that sells fresh fruit and pies on the other side."
