"I would not recommend this place, property was old and unkept. Bed was worn down, door doesn’t seal at the bottom thus letting in the cockroach that fell on my pillow during the night. Communication with owner was not good."

"Palms place is nothing short of perfect!! The location is incredible just 8 min drive to the beach and a short walk to anywhere in venice all while located on a dead end street and inside a super private oasis.
