"This place is in need of a major update. The pictures are definitely not up to date. And not having anyone on site isn’t the best idea. Who only gives 2 towels to a room that doesn’t have anyone on site? Had to wait 2 hours for towels. The rooms are warm since they don’t want you to set the AC under 70. "I had a frustrating experience with this stay. As a first-time visitor to the area, I expected at least a general location or address ahead of time so I could plan my trip and know where I was heading. Unfortunately, the hosts refused to provide any address until right before check-in at 3PM. While I understand safety and privacy concerns, not giving guests any sense of location in advance makes it very difficult to plan, especially when traveling to an unfamiliar city.
