"There is a manager on premises but there is an early check in fee of $8 and a late check in fee of the same amount. I found the place to be comfortable, safe and easy to walk to the main road for food or transportation. The fee per night is super reasonable. I booked one night first to check it out but then booked another 4 nights as I felt good there."

"Visited LA with some friends for a concert, the room itself was great! The house is a little run down from the outside and inside which can be a little scary, however, our stay was great. The host was easy to get ahold of on the app and via text. Easy to find parking. We stayed in the room with 6 beds, my friends and I really liked it. Def would book again! "
