"The problem was the woman at the front desk. Since the room was locked with a key card, I assumed it was safe, so I left my phone's charger plugged in when I left the room in the morning. When I returned that night, the charger was gone. When I reported this to the front desk, they told me I could either charge it there or buy a new charger for $10. "I liked the stay for my sightseeing in the San Diego down town area. Convenient location and very friendly woman staff. I didn’t like the deposit deduction from my card when I chose to pay at the hotel, but it was flexibly and practically sorted out quickly through dialogue - it was good. Strict alcohol restriction inside the property reduced joyful part of my stay a bit."

"I didn’t even stay for one night and I payed for 5 nights but they didn’t give me a refund the guy at the front desk said that he would do the refund but never did. I tried to call them but they never answered so I paid for a 5night stay without even staying there for a night. The shared restroom was terrible the toilet was dirty and the rooms where too hot no ac it also stunk and there was a man outside making noise"
