"Clean private room/with private bathroom/Staff at check-in was very helpful/Beachview-Oceanview in our private room was great! In walking distance to everything needed. Parking is horrible everywhere in Hermosa Beach that was the only downside was parking from Friday to Monday morning it was the worst!"

"Probably the worst hotel I've stayed at in my life. Homeless people live there and surround the property. The floors inside the room were disgustingly black, and safety is lacking entirely. "I had a delayed flight. I called the property 3times the day before arriving to cancel and got no answer. I tried calling once more the day of and same thing no answer. so I called Expedia who also called and got no answer. I finally got a text late that day giving check in instructions. I sent screenshots and advised that I was unable to reach the staff, and was told a refund could not be issued because it was after 24hrs but I attempted well within the grace period. "We waited 1 hour for check-in. Although we’re early and check-in was at 2 pm but still no one was there to even open the gate. Room was dirty and AC remote was missing. Owner didn’t provide basic amenities like shower gel and shampoo."
