"Our male check in host was friendly and went out of his way to answer questions and meet our requests. He was friendly and you could tell he loved his job. He really set a great tone for the feel of the property. The room was clean and we loved the natural light in our room. I appreciated the power strips with lots of plugs! We also appreciated the drink machine with hot chocolate in the morning. Not sure about parking because my husband parked the car. I have back issues so the bed was too soft for me but it was fine for my husband. The pillows were too stuffed and tall for my neck. That is the one thing I would suggest is maybe an option for a thinner pillow. We had a great stay!"
