"Worst hotel I have ever stayed in and cost $200.00.
At check-in the front desk staff used the right words but didnt care. Would turn to each other and make fun a customer in a foreign language after the customer turned around to leave.
I have never stayed an a room that was as discusting, smelly and broken as this room was. Very bad musty smell when walked in. Carpet had holes and stains. Bathroom door was off its tracks and could not be opened or closed. The bathroom vent was extreamly noisy and filled with dirt. Cracks in the shower liner had mold in it. Long black hairs on the counters and bed spread. Old uncomfortable beds and pillows and the TV didnt work.
I called the front office 5 times with no answer so I called their main number on my personal phone and told them about the TV. I had to do this process 4 more times and someone finally came to fix it 2-1/2 hrs later. Now it was 10:00 at night so it was worthless. Then when I woke up in the morning it didnt work again.
DONT STAY HERE. WORST HOTEL!"
