"So, the room was great which is the most inportant thing. It did provide free ear plugs due to the noise. We don’t need them and slept fine. Food is not available in the hotel. So, you have to eat out which is ok. The thing that let it down for me was when booking in it all seemed to be about selling us things (or trying to!). The concierge just tried to sell rather than help."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. Everything was well organised, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great service. "It was nicer than I expected. I spent my time in the city walking around. Some parts were a bit shady, but nothing bad happens if you just keep walking. The staff at the hotel were the best! I forgot her name but there was one lady that made our time there really great. Overall everyone was very nice. The room was great. The only thing was the elevator getting packed at times since they were quite small. I’d still rate it a 9.5/10"

"Absolutely love this place! Gorgeous lobby, helpful staff, great views. The daily activities were fun and our bartender in the bar was a delight! The only disappointment was the coffeeshop. It needs to be updated and the quality of the coffee and pastries really needs to match the food city that it's located in. Other than that a great stay and will happily return!"
