"Nice close location for late night arrival, but if you grab a taxi or Uber, worth the drive to head a little further and stay wherever you want to start from the next day. We slept well and all was OK, but facilities are a little tired and the shuttle had limited capacity and had to do multiple trips to collect everyone needing to get to the motel. "Great location with all the room amenities you would expect and friendly staff. Quiet Hotel and got a good night sleep. I think the room needs a make over because the oldness makes it look more unclean than what it really is."

"Although the room had no windows, it was clean and sufficient for my needs. The bed was comfy. Location excellent to walk to bus station, esplanade, mall etc. Full fridge/freezer in the room. Overall i would book again"

"The internet kept dropping in and out, maintainence man connected an extender, that didnt solve the problem. The toaster one side element didnt glow and had to hold down the lever as it kept rejecting after a few seconds, needs replacing. Otherwise very happy and will stay next visit."

"Had a wonderful stay at Alatai. All staff were extremely friendly. It was very convenient to most of what there is to see in Darwin itself. Was great to have a kitchenette to self cater, but the food outlets in Darwin are so good and well priced. Our room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our 6 night stay"

"Lovely apartment though more expensive due it being high season. Apartment was well maintained, quiet and the air conditioning was very effective. A washing machine and dryer were available for use between 2 apartments only. Location is close to the route of the hop on hop off bus too."
