"The pool was unclean and not swimmable. The elevator did not work. None of the ice machines were operational. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff were not friendly. I did not see one person even smile. "

They indicated they would clean the room every other day but did not clean it or replace towels at all during my 4 day stay.
