"Lovely hotel food spot on staff friendly room comfortable, cant wait to go back"

"When we arrived the swimming pool was closed. The primary reason for booking this hotel. No information before arrival. We was informed it had happen unexpexted just before we arrived, however many other guest informed us it was not the case. We don’t know what is correct but special situation. When we got the room it was so full of mold that we was removed to another room. After 40 minutes of waiting for a proper cleaning we got the new room. We had to ask for some cleaning-tool as windows...

"The room was very clean and the property gorgeous. Windows in the room opened, which was necessary as there is not central air and the weather was warm. Owners were so friendly and helpful! The food was delicious and the views were spectacular."

"Perfect Stay! The house itself is in great condition—everything was clean, charming, and comfortable. Gordon and Maggie were lovely hosts who gave excellent local suggestions, and the breakfast was fantastic. They even went out of their way to make me a full vegan breakfast and were incredibly cautious with food allergies. On top of that, the property surrounding the B&B is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend!"

"Excellent hotel in fantastic location on Loch. Bedroom was good size and nicely decorated and designed, clean and with tea/coffee maker. Bathroom was modern with a large shower cabinet with rain forest shower. The room we had had a seating area outside and a shared terrace looking over the Loch. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice hot breakfast served to your table."

"The staff were lovely extremely helpful. The hotel does need a bit of an upgrade things like towels were clean but very worn and thin. Bring your own. Restaurant food was good and breakfast was traditional."

"The whole hotel outside and inside was so outdated, dirty, grubby, dark and dull. Everywhere you went both inside the hoel and outside there was more dirt, smelling of damp and really neglected and rundown looking! On our arrival the room we reveived was the worst we have ever stayed in and I had booked the Superior room and the fact the hotel suggested it was a Superior room was a disgrace! From the images online to what we saw when we arrived is completely different and worlds apart to what...
