"We truly cannot wait until we have another opportunity to stay here! Staff was exceptional in attentiveness and kindness. Beds were so comfortable. Room was clean and quiet. Location couldn't better for walking, dining, shopping, people watching. Property condition will be even better after all updates to the property are completed. Our only very small request would be to keep the hot tub open beyond 10pm for adults. Even 11pm would have been nice. :)"

"Generally a very nice hotel, with lots of potential. But.. the bed, which I think was only a year old was slumped/sloped to the edge. Toilet I had to repair... Rooftop cocktail bar was v. nice. Was pretty expensive so I would have expected pretty close to perfect for the stay. I thought it was pretty cheeky to only offer a cup of coffee with the stay. "This historic hotel was great! The staff were very helpful with recommendations. Our room was nice and clean and the king bed was very comfy. The location was great and very close to our port pier 66. The only downfall with this hotel was no elevator. There are a substantial amount of stairs to climb to get in and out of the hotel. Also, stairs to get to breakfast. But, my husband went and got breakfast and brought to our room so I didn’t have to endure the stairs as I have bum knees. Also, one...

Pros -location, location Cons - small rooms (double beds touching the walls/can only get in on one side - under construction/ workers noisy/ unsafe with carpet laying around. Walls patched- no paint - parking very limited/ small spaces in garage - old hotel- seen better days - $$$$"

"The room was clean and comfortable, can hear the music, however after a long flight I fell asleep easily."

"One elevator broke the entire time of our stay. And the other elevator broke down a few times so had to take stairs to 6th floor. The staff said elevators have been issue for quite some time. They need that corrected ASAP."

"I like the property, very good location. A lot of shops are walking distance. I was disappointed in when checking in. I was charged twice attendant did not check Expedia. My room did not have a tub. Need one after walking all day. Overall, the people were great and room was clean."
