"Unfortunately this was a very disappointing experience. My children and I had to leave the property on the night of our stay due to loud arguing, shouting and swearing coming from the neighbouring unit. The noise was extremely clear through the wall and continued late into the evening.I contacted reception twice, but the disturbance resumed. My children became frightened and distressed, and we felt unsafe remaining there, so around 10pm we arranged for friends to collect us and stayed elsewhere. We feel hotel management let us down by not taking effective action on the evening to protect other guests or ensure the neighbouring occupants remained quiet and non-violent. We therefore did not receive the stay we paid for. The most disappointing part has been the refusal to provide a refund despite the circumstances. I cannot recommend this property based on our experience."

"What a lovely motel! We enjoyed our stay immensely and will certainly be back. Everything was perfect (yes, really!), but we’d especially like to commend the excellent level of cleanliness and the cheerful and friendly staff, all of whom looked happy to at work! We also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant both nights we stayed: nice food, reasonable price, and hassle free. "
