They location, location, location! Yes, that was the good part. The room was poor, very dirty bathroom ceiling fan & shower screen where it meets the floor. The window to the room was wide open on arrival, it would not lock. Also suggest you install power points that have USB outlets for charging phones. There was no iron or ironing board, the noise from outdoors was horrendous due to the backs playing down the road. The street out front was “unsafe” with homeless people 24/7 swearing with all the worst language possible. The mattress was a trampoline style, if your partner moved you were catapulted… The room rate was near double the normal due to Easter. The rate was equal to a 4.5star Hotel stay in Lt Collins St Melbourne. I assume you wanted honest feedback?

Bed was horrible tiny little room for 3 adults no teaspoon or cutlery. Definitely won’t be back. Not worth the money better to pay more for comfort!

Comfortable beds, clean bathroom, 2 spiders no fly spray, could only get a carpark at front after 10pm. Quiet would definitely stay again.

The room was very good although th ere was not toilet paper on holder in fact there was No holder, we did find a wrapped toilet roll behind the toilet, i found the mattress to be harder than the concrete floor, although my wife and son thought theirs was good. The on street parking had me fearful for the car after i seen and heard some of the local hoons out the front doing doughnuts... also fully recomend the chip king for great meals and snacks mozzarella sticks voted our family favourite..

Room was very cheap. Superb central location. Checking in process worked seamlessly. Room, basic but clean. Bed VERY comfortable. Great shower. But I got bed bug bites & a drunkard hassled us in the morning as we left. Admittedly that was not their fault.

Room was adequate and super clean. The checking in procedure was confusing and left is sitting out in the heat trying to phone for assistance. Then there were unexpected stairs and no lift. So due to knee problems, my husband decided he needed to to forgo the evening outing and stayed in the room until checkout time the following morning.

Room appeared clean but on closer look the bath mat had a brown stain on it and pubic hair on the toilet seat. Hot water took 15 minutes to come in. The bed was clean but extremely uncomfortable with springs sticking out

I didnt end up staying, there were holes in the walls, toilet roll holder was on the floor, when there was a screwed up blanket next to the bed and when i pulled back the covers and noticed the small black curly hairs, i decieded to leave and find another place to stay, I did contact the phone number and they did offer to move me.. i just wasnt convinced it would be that much better.

Too be honest it wasn't a good start... But in saying that they have really done me a solid in my extension and now I am extremely happy... If I can say one thing is too book the rooms with the extra bed like room 30. So close to the mall and everything central. The room they have moved me too is extra comfortable and much better. I appreciate their help and understanding as well as the room I am now in... Thanks to all the staff. My initial ratings go up for this room.

It's a comfortable enough room but small and wasn't very much in the way of storage. There was only 1 cup and 1 glass so cuppas for 2 out of the question. First night I had to call the police as there was a domestic dispute happening in the room across from ours. It's not good that there's no reception because it was extremely scary waiting for the police to arrive. Parking next door in secure carpark is good $10 a day. Great location. Within walking distance to most things

Good location, very central, everything within walking distance. The light did not work and the walls were dirty., but the bathroom, linen and floors were clean We were promptly moved to a different room on the ground floor as no-one was availabe to fix the lighting issue. This room was very clean and everything worked perfectly.
