"The room was small and cramped. The shower was small and had a large step up to get into it and no shower curtain which made the floor wet and slippery. I was not informed that the room was upstairs which is a problem for my daughter after operation. Owner never offered to change to downstairs room. ..."

"Reception unmanned. Mobile phones not answered when called. Booked the property because it advertised sound proof rooms. Was woken by other guest’s and their young children running and screeching through the outside area before 7:30am, slamming room doors and car doors."
