"This is unusual hotel set in the old palace of aristocracy. Big, closed gate from the street and empty old hall as you enter. Reception hidden through the narrow passage. But upstairs it is loaded with the old and contemporary art like a museum. Staff is excellent and helpful. Room large.with comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom. Has an elevator. Large and fancy breakfast on the terrace. Located in the heart of the old town tourist district. Good choice!"

"Check in was simple and communicative, using WhatsApp. Nicola was friendly, and at the time of check in, met with us and provided a map to show locations in the city to walk. He also organized a transfer to the airport for a Sunday morning flight. That person showed up at 745am, with a clean, luxury vehicle, and charged us what a taxi would have charged us for the ride.
