Wonderful place and friendly staffers. Enjoyed staying here as it was convenient for shopping, eating and especially the airport as we were leaving late at night. Will definitely stay here next time.

Some pluses - but narrow beds and smell issues.

The rooms look okay at first glance, but the beds are way too narrow - I was tense all night thinking I would topple over. The twin beds are smaller than standard "twin" size and the "King" is definitely smaller than that. Another issue is the foul smell in the bathrooms. The 3 rooms I saw needed to have the exhaust fan running in order to avoid the smell. Don't know if it was specific to just those rooms. On the plus side - MTR downstairs means you get some good quality food and great coffee. Also, the Metro is close enough that the treacherous sidewalks can be navigated.

Neat Clean Basic Hotel

Very clean and neat hotel; extremely basic in terms of room and amenities. I was there for work, and needed a bed and clean bathroom which I liked. MTR is right below for good food, and the metro station was walking distance (barely a few meters). If you are heading for work and want a clean neat room without any extra facilities, this is a good hotel.

My stay was ok, some of the staff in the front desk are very helpful especially the manager was very nice. laundry price didn’t have price on the chart until I received a bill. It was too expensive.

Good spot for a city-getaway in Malleswaram

This hotel is just the size (medium) and the degree of comfort (good, without pretension to luxuriousness) and is superbly located in Malleswaram - home to shops, parks and most of all, of course, historic temples. I enjoyed walking everywhere: the temples, the free yoga class and watching boys play cricket in the maidan not forgetting frequent stops at the numerous local eateries.

Great stay

We stayed here for 2 nights and because of our experience, we came back in a week when we returned to Bangalore to catch a flight the following day. To sum up our positive experience: - Great ratio of price-quality - neat and tidy, clean rooms and bathroom (very important to us) - Lovely breakfast room and the food was great! Freshly made and good quality - eye for details, there is soap and wash-lotions in the bathroom, complementary water - and very important: warm and welcoming staff. Always ready to help! We stayed in a few other hotels in South India, even for a higher price and more luxurious because of our high standard, however this hotel was the most comfortable and welcoming one during our trip.

Nice basic hotel close to shopping and metro

The staff were all helpful and accommodating. The manager transferred me to an interior room that had less street noise and gave me a late checkout time. The room was kept very clean and housekeeping staff responded quickly to requests. The buffet breakfast available on the forth floor included Indian and Western items (one of the best masala dosa I have eaten).

Nice hotel in the heart of city.

A lot of restaurants and very good transportation options around the hotel. The staff consisting of Imad, Arvind and manager Sumoy went out of their way to make our 16 day stay a pleasant one. Thanks to them for their professionalism and all the help.

Decent hotel, in need of better care and service

Check in was quick and hassle free. The rooms and beds are much smaller than what the pics make them look to be. The air conditioner kept turning off on its own every 20-25 minutes, and my room was finally changed after complaining about it 3 times. The next room allotted did not have this issue, however had issues with hot water supply. Had to call the reception and tell them to turn the hot water on. Similarly, took them half an hour and two calls to supply toilet paper in the room. P.S. make sure you keep the curtains/blinds closed for your privacy, as they directly oversee windows from adjacent buildings.

The experience was good. Room good, cleanliness good,staff courteous, free wifi for 3days were the plus points. The menu for breakfast, lunch dinner was limited.Restraunt was undergoing renovation. The hotel is located in the market area, MTR was next door. Overall a good hotel within market area.

Walking distance to shops

Had a great stay in iLodge@Malleshwaram. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms were nice & modern concept. Shops and shopping malls are stone throw away. 5 minute walking distance. The Front desk and Hotel security staff are super friendly. Disadvantage: The room had a funny smell when I checked in. I was able to manage it by getting some Jasmine flowers which were sold opposite the hotel. Room smell problem resolved.
