Hotel staff is VERY helpful. Also accommodated me on a billing issue that wasn't their problem but my own, but still helped me out. Breakfast buffet is well worth the price. I also got the half-board and used it one night of my three: you choose items from a five course meal and it was excellent food.

As part of the IBIS chain, I expected a better standard of rooms and the lobby / common areas. It was unfortunately far below Ibis standards. Starting with room quality, telephones that didnt work (though was fixed straightaway), remote controller with low / no battery. These indicated over poor maintenance. There were 2 people who stood out amongst this chaos - Samy at reception who was very good and a lady (also from receiption), who helped solve some of the problems.

Great treatment from staff

I had a very good experience staying at IBIS Hosur Road in Bengaluru. The staff were very attentive and wanted to make sure I enjoyed my stay. A special thanks to the hotel manager, to the head chef, and to Sudhansu for their attention to detail.

Cosy & comfortable place to stay.

Very cosy and comfortable hotel. Service stands out. We were impressed by the hotel staff especially Soubhagya who was very hospitable and very professional in his approach. Although the surrounding area around the hotel is not very good due to construction activity,once you are inside the hotel you come across good ambience and cosy feeling. Oveall a good place to stay.

Best one for solo business travel

It's a very nice stay if you are travelling alone, the property is well maintained, staff are courteous but if you are travelling with Family you need to go for their biggest possible room. The normal ones are extremely small and difficult for 2 people to stay for days. I understand the room size to an extent but the bathrooms are so small

Pricy but no basic amenities

The hotel was neat and room ok but quality of food and service was bad. They charge for basic amenities like a toothpaste also. I had ordered curd rice which was pathetic in taste. Can improve certainly for the price they are taking

Staff are very helping and pleasing. Rooms are a bit small. Been told its a standard size worldwide. Room service trays lay outside for hrs. And overnite. I guess lack of supervision. Food in the restaurant is great. A single queensize bed strangely has two matresses which gets pulled apart during the sleep. Other than these overall stay and hotel are good. Good value for money. It is definitely a budget hotel.
