"Good location, near the City of Arts and Sciences. The facilities are basic and in need of maintenance; the mattress was completely saggy, and I woke up with back pain. Breakfast is good. They advertise a gym on the 10th floor, but the key card doesn't allow you to select that floor. Parking is for small cars and costs 18 Euros per night. It doesn't seem like a 4-star hotel. As a Hotels Platinum member you don't receive nothing."

"Great extra clean hotel with spacious clean rooms. Walking distance to shopping and the Valencia Central park area. About 10 minutes ride to the beach or the old town quick is wonderful. Very cheerful and helpful staff. Highly recommended."

"We had a junior suite incl balcony, over 8 days. Views over sea and buildings. The house keeping of the room was excellant at 2x a day. Breakfast buffet best ever. All the staff were friendly and helpfull nothing was too much trouble ."

"The apartment access was not given until 3pm -check-in time. I arrived by plane and had to turn off my antivirus at the airport to receive the codes, even though the anti virus warned me multiple times about known threats. I got a horrible computer virus as a result. It should be mandatory to give access info many hours prior to check-in. The apartment was clean and modern. The kitchen was stocked enough to cook. There is no information manual, making it a waste of time to send inquiries for basic info such as item location, trash, and how to operate a few things. These inquiries were answered in 20-60 minutes. I would not stay at properties owned by this company again."

"This is a really excellent hotel. It is spotlessly clean and well maintained. The staff - without exception - were absolutely brilliant. They were friendly , professional and helpful. The rooms are very modern and well appointed, perhaps a little on the small side but absolutely fine for a short stay. The bar and pool area are great, it was a real bonus having the pool there. I think the photos on Expedia make the hotel look a little cold and office-like but in reality it is a pleasant and bright space. The location is good insofar that it is right next to Turia Park and the museums, plus it has a shopping centre and plenty of little cafes nearby. It is roughly equidistant between the beach and old town. This is great on a sunny day when the walk through the park is pleasant. We had a couple of days of average weather and the walk to either was a bit of a bind. Plenty of public transport and cabs options that said. It is about an 15min walk to the nearest Metro though. Overall I would recommend the hotel highly. If you want a trip that is focused on the old town or on the beach - or you are not keen on walking to places - you may want to chose somewhere nearer those two locations. Be aware that they will cost a lot more - INNSide was really reasonable and roughly half the price of hotels in the old town. Highly recommended."

"The hotel is nice , the staff are nice too but there are downsides hence my honest review . The lack of response from Expedia messages to the hotel which I guess go to the hotel as I received a book in now request from them . The main review as only ok was the room noise. If you want a peaceful night's sleep down pick a room that is opposite the street outside because it's noisy and you won't sleep. Again I was asked from Expedia about the hotel 2 days into my stay, the response from Expedia was the hotel manager will contact about your message (room noise) but nothing no contact then or since . There are positives like the hotel looks nice and staff are nice but the hotel room is way too noisy and the lack of response from the hotel is poor ."

"The hotel is “ok”. The location is very good and accessible. For some reason the hotel just stank, it smelled like bathroom. In our room it smelled liked poop and in the hallways. I dont know if they have an issue with the bathrooms but it just smelled bad. The air conditioning was working well ans we notified and they said they couldn’t do anything. It was very hot we were sweating sleeping. Also the room doesn’t have much lighting its a very dark soom. Breakfast was mid."
