Lovely apartment with beautiful views.
This apartment was one of the best holiday apartments we have ever stayed. It was a spacious one bedroom apartment with a compact kitchen. There was also a spacious baclcony which is almost as big as the drawing room and has 2 sun loungers, a plastic table and 4 plastic chairs for people to relax and enjoy the views. The particular apartment we had got had views of the sea and mountain from the balcony. In addition, we also had lovely views of mountain from the bedroom and kitchen which was very relaxing to watch.
The location of the apartments is in a tourist friendly area of Benidorm. There are plenty of other hotels in this area and literally plenty of small shops where you can buy basic necessity items like Mineral Water, chips, bakery items, toiletries, etc. There is a lot of tourist activity in the area. Inspite of this, the apartment itself and its campus is very quiet and peaceful.
The Levante beach is literally 10 minutes walk away.
The soundproofing of the apartment in all areas is so excellent that if you close all doors and windows, you can enjoy pin drop silence despite the airconditioner being on which itself does not make any noise whatsoever even when it is on.
THE MOST IMPORTANT POINT TO BE AWARE OF is that there is no reception in the building itself. The office of the firm that manages the rental of this apartment is around 10 minutes walk (at a leisurely pace) away. If you arrive on a weekday within working hours, you can collect the keys from the off
