I enquired 3 times with the hotel regarding late night check in and did not receive any helpful answers. So arriving after midnight to find the front door secured was concerning. We had to walk to a Hotel down the block with a similar name and fortunately we did get checked in. In addition the staff were not knowledgeable regarding how to get to and from the beach which was close, but not...

"Generally a great place. Easy access, nice hotel, plenty of underground parking. Spacious hotel room. The automated toilet was a bit too much for us, but I'm sure it is expensive. Restaurant (dinner) was great, but you need to book in advance. Breakfast was indidvidual (from menu) and not bad, but we had preferred a buffe with more options. "

Not appetizing The on site restaurant is not part of the hotel. Same with the bar - so not possible to charge anything to room. Coachloads of Oriental travellers and restaurant seems to cater more to their needs"

"We booked the junior suite for 3 nights. Room was spacious, clean, good turndown service. Only downside is maybe the noise from the street, but at night things do calm down, so we did manage to sleep well. Rooftop bar is very nice. Food in the bar very tasty as well. Location is perfect in the city center with the old city within walking distance. Would surely recommend the hotel! "

"We had a bright, clean room with a nice balcony overlooking the ocean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Restaurant was great. Close to Marina Beach Club so you could hear music at night. Didn’t bother us but might be an issue for others."
