"It was lovely to have a balcony overlooking the sea for a reasonable price. This hotel is on the quieter beach strip which was great, the other beach strip was far too lively for us. The breakfast was good, a variety of hot and cold food which was different across 2 breakfasts. I would stay again."

"So many good points! The hotel was lovely, rooms were big with queen beds, nice and clean. Service was excellent, hotel staff were amazing and always very helpful considering with children, I would deffo book there again, shops very close by, beach is about 7 mins walk, deffo recommend to book with them :)"

"Pool, waterpark & activities were really good for the kids (aged 5 & 10). Breakfast & lunch was always nice but dinner was sometimes a bit hit & miss with not the best variety of food The Halloween themed dinner was a good surprise & clearly a lot of effort went into the decorations, food presentation & staff costumes etc - would happily recommend to anyone & return again if we came back to Benidorm Only slight negative I have would be the lifts can be a bit frustrating at times with quite long waits"

"Room was clean, staff make me wait until last minute to give me the room booked(no were in Spain in a 4*hotel i waited until last minute to receive a room), breakfast good, spa didn't try. Close to the beach and harbour, walked 20 minutes to town centre."
