"We had an awesome stay at this hotel! Our room was completely new, incredibly spacious, and featured a lovely little terrace. The bathroom was fully equipped, and overall, we felt super comfortable throughout our stay. Breakfast was also great, they offered a wonderful variety of options. "We stayed for 3 nights, however the air conditioning didn’t work after the first night due to a fault in shutting the outside doors. We had staff come in and out throughout night/early hours to try and fix it. It broke again after two hours so had to have them come back in again. It then worked ok"

"3rd trip to the Serawa. Excellent small hotel with amazing staff. Joanna on reception is an asset to any business and is very very helpful. And Vania and Carmen made every breakfast fun and friendly. All of the guys in the kitchen help make what I can only say is my favourite breakfast. The gardeners are also very friendly and have done a fantastic job. The pool area does need some attention. New sunloungers and a bit of money spent on the poolside itself"
