The staff were amazing and went over and above to help. The breakfast was the best I have ever had. The bathroom was a bit tired and could have done with a freshen up. Lovely to have a little fridge in the room. The pool area was spotless and a really beautiful pool with comfortable sun beds

The room was nice. The morning service in the Restaurant/Bar was very disappointing as the staff was rude when I mentioned there was a missing order of coffee or when I asked for the check. Check in was very straight forward. The room was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and designed. The location was ideal in heart of old town. The washer and dryer was a total bonus. I cannot recommend this higher. It was so great and made our stay in Sevilla even lovelier.
