Had no issues staying. Staff have been brillant. Only issue i would have is there is no lift. We were in a family room upstairs, which doesnt make sense with no lift. The Spa was way too busy. It was impossible to get access to the outdoor hot tubs as people got in early and never left them for the whole session.
