"Agreed with all comments about the exceptional home made style breakfast. However, the second night there was a group playing guitar and singing. With over 200 years house, this was not welcomed especially after a tiring long ski day. Phoned hotel and also Expedia on that same night but both myself and Expedia could not get hold off host for resolution. "Problems!! 1- No working Microwave in our room, one there was broken, replaced and that one didn't work either! There should be one in each room for customers convenience! 2- workout machines out of date and a Hazardous for people to use them! 3- NO sign put up to say filter in pool broken and don't swim in it! 4- pool house bathrooms need a door lock on them for privacy when showering and dressing! 5- Lockers don't close properly for lock use! 6- No small chair or table in bathroom of pool...
