Clean room, but very outdated and VERY worn. Many simple fixes were left undone (for example, curtains were on a string instead of a curtain rod). The room was spacious. Ok accomodations for the price.

The parking lot never got plowed after 5” of snow!! Hard to walk to the car. Door hard to pen Room was very dated. Old fixtures, bed covers sofa. Some lamps did not work. Hard to adjust the heat.

Family owned and run! Everything was as advertised and the room was large, clean and comfortable. This Motel is like the old fashioned ones where you can part directly in front of your room, which is VERY convenient!!!

Do not trust! We were traveling to VT for a ski trip. 5 minutes before our arrival (around 5 pm) we get a call from the hotel that there are frozen pipes and there is no water. We arrived and spoke to the manager. He seemed nice. Since they did not have a serviceable room we decided to book a different hotel. The manager said we would not need to pay for the room, but needed to contact Expedia since they are charging the cost. However, we were charged for the room that day and have not recieved a refund yet. We called Expedia who tried to contact the manager while I was on hold. They couldn't reach him so they sent him an email. According to Expedia the charge comes directly from the motel and they had to reverse the charge. The next day I find my request for refund was denied. The manager apparently did not responde to the email. A few days later I contacted the motel directly. Again he lied and told me Expedia needed to reverse the charge. I got him to agree to respond to the email from Expedia, but I can't confirm that he did it. I called Expedia again. This time they did reach the manager while I was on hold and they got an agreement to reverse the charge. They it show up on my credit card within 7 days. It has been 7 days and I have still not recieved the refund. It appears he did not reverse the charge. So, now I am warning you to stay away. This motel is not managed well and is not good to deal with if there is an issue. Don't waste your money!

Room was very old and dated. The floor was extremely uneven and felt like the wood was rotting. The lightbulbs were daylight and not warm which gives off a wierd whitish flow instead of warm and cozy. This was the. Cheapest option in the area so you get what you pay for. I was just hoping for something a little nicer. The beds were clean but there were no headboards and the pink bathroom looked like it was from 1950. Overall it was fine to stay in Manchester after skiing but but my son kept saying “Jeeze dad, you couldn’t have spent an extra $30 so we could have a nicer room somewhere else!?”. Oh well. Great location and the owner/manager seemed like a very nice man who was super helpful.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument magnifique à l’hôtel Mandarin à Bangkok. L’accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel dès notre arrivée. Le personnel est attentionné, disponible et toujours prêt à aider. La chambre était confortable, propre et très bien entretenue. Les installations de l’hôtel sont de grande qualité et l’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la ville tout en profitant d’un cadre paisible. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour cette expérience mémorable. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement et y séjournerons à nouveau sans hésitation.

Heater was effective, shower worked fine, Facility was clean, although some wallpaper was loose. Proprietor was very helpful. I would come back because this place is convenient to all the places I had to visit. And the price was right.

Stayed two night for a family wedding. The floors when you walk around literally have holes under the carpet where you will trip multiple times. The beds felt like you were sleeping on a bed spring. The lights were full of bugs and there's dirt and holes in the bathroom wall. Also there is rarely anyone working there.

he whole motel was in very poor repair. the room smelled of RAW sewerage, window curtains did not cover the windows, very little hot water for short periods of time, no one came to make beds, remove trash. the thermostat was hidden behind a straw hat so that patrons couldn't adjust heat or cooling the manager said someone would be checking the room and making the beds plus providing fresh linen. this did not happen. Once we checked in, we did not see anyone for the rest of our stay. we left the motel a day early, we had more than enough

The room was in very bad shape. There are no excuses to offer a room in that terrible shape. I have made many pictures to proof how bad it was. I will email shortly this pictures to Expedia and I hope they will never again working with this Property! i also deserve to get my money back!
