"The owner or the person who is in charge of this apartment ask me to pay the cleaning service and deposit in cash and he would return via Pay Pal but HE NEVER DID IT!!! We sent messages HE NEVER RESPONDED ! HE BLOCK ME….. I called Hotels.com and they They are trying to contact him but he's not responding to them either.
