"Clean but no amenities"

"Nice welcome at check-in, quick as pre-paid so nothing to do except give ID. Location ideal, especially for using the viaduct to walk between areas, especially to Bastille. Evening staff a little more less helpful, but maybe that was the difficulty between languages, staff member was a little abrupt. Plenty of hot water. Negative part was the wet room/bathroom. Nice design, unfortunately the shower door did not stop any of the water getting out onto the bathroom floor. Which means the room...

"Très belle emplacement pour visiter Paris. En 20 min de métro, vous êtes au centre. L’hôtel est propre et le personnel très gentil. Le quartier vaut également le détour avec le Bercy Village et le viaduc des arts. J’y retournerai sans hésiter lors d’un prochain séjour ☺️"

"overall i think the staff were the most disappointing- the staff gave the energy you were the worst burden of their life. i know english can be a task - but belittling eng speakers and make them feel less than is not customary in any language. or, maybe it was because i am gay checking in with my husband and the staff were homophobic? maybe? the staff were awful, mean, made us feel like we were less than, made us feel like we the biggest burden. absolutely definitely wouldn’t recommend for lgbt...

"It is a modern and simple hotel. I was surprised that my room had a little terrace and it was very comfortable. The closest subway station to the hotel is Cour St-Emilion on line M-14. This subway line goes directly to Orly AirPort (about 30 minutes from the hotel) and connects to many other main lines. Nearby there is also Bercy Village, with a lot of restaurants and the beautiful Parc de Bercy."
