We used the breakfast area to visit/play cards with other members of our group during the evening. We requested that the tv display the NFL (Sunday Night) game and was told that they are required to only display the Weather Channel. How crazy is that? Allow your staff to accommodate guest requests. We also asked for the volume of the background music to be turned down. Nope, corporate requirements say it needs to be set at a specific volume and type of music. Music selection definitely needs to be reviewed too. I would rather listen to “elevator music” than their chosen genre. Otherwise, we thought the room was very nice and far bigger than the industry standard. I appreciate that the bathroom is completely closed off by a doorway.

The hotel is currently in the middle of renovation (such as the entrance/breakfast area) but the staff are very approachable and helpful. However, in our room, the bathroom door lock would not lock and the bar where you'd hang your towels was also loose (I mentioned all these right away to the front desk so can be fixed before next guests hopefully). We had a good night sleep/rest.

Clean hotel. Friendly staff. They are renovating the lobby and breakfast area but we’re still able to serve a decent breakfast in two rooms that they converted to serve breakfast. Would not hesitate to stay there again.
