"We were traveling with our grandsons and needed connecting rooms. The hotel guaranteed them and made sure to follow up the day of to make sure we were aware that they had already been blocked for us. Breakfast was great and a combination of cold and hot items. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable of about the area. Would definitely come back."

"My first morning there I overslept and missed getting coffee at Starbucks. The front desk person, Noriya, was busy on the computer. I politely asked her for two extra coffee packets. Without ever making eye contact, she got up, found two and shoved them at me. I ignored her rudeness. I then realized that I would also need extra creamer. "Staff was great"

"We stayed a weekend here. Upon arrival we checked in after hours and had to wait for staff to come check us in. We never saw the ladies face there was a metal curtain pulled down. And she just spoke to us from behind that. The lights at the entrance were off and it was dark. When we entered our room the floors were visibly dirty. "Bed was very comfortable. Couch and pull out part weren’t great. Couch was very old and had a cover wrapped on it. When we arrived someone was smoking on our floor and it smelled terrible, staff took care of situation quickly and cleared the smell out. They were all great and helpful."

"Air conditioning was cold. Bathrooms are tiny. It may have been cleaned but it didn't look clean. Sheets and pillowcases were stained. Bathroom floor was not cleaned well. For a remodeled hotel and the price per night I would have thought it would have been better. Glad I was only there for a few hours' sleep. "

"Room was overall clean, beds were comfortable and hotel was in a safe location. The complaints: expensive for what all was lacking in the room. The shower water temp indicators were backwards; the cold water indicator was actually hot water and vice versa. All of the fixtures in the room were rusty. The free breakfast buffet was not great but I guess I can’t complain for it being free. Overall, it was a decent place to stay for one night but they need to lower their price."

"This place is not brand new in appearance, but everything was very very clean and safe and pleasant and there was no weirdness or creepiness, everything was very nice. Breakfast was clean and peaceful. And there is no strong perfume smell, which is helpful and indicative that there are no bad smells to overcome."
