"Yes this place is costly but for the experience it’s underpriced. We loved the SPA and renting bikes to tour the country bike trails all around Valkenburg. Highly recommend the apartments for privacy and direct proximity to the SPA and cathedral. 10/10"

"Was very jet lagged which is probably why I didn’t think the checkin process was smooth,as it was all digital. Luckily, we got there before reception closed and they could walk me through app. In Cabin 41 there were bed linens, some cleaning supplies, clothes dry rack, working AC. had to pay extra for a hand towel and a bath towel which I don’t believe was explained in the listing. "I travel often and this was the worst experience at an establishment I’ve ever had. Ringing the bell outside for ten minutes with no response. Finally got in because someone was leaving the building. Reception was 8 feet from the door and the person at the desk was unapologetic for their non responsive.
