"All in all, we were happy with the stay. But figuring out the self-checkin and how to use the elevator with the card key was a bit challenging, as was how to use the stove top. Parking was challenging too, until I discovered how close the Klostergarasjen was (the walk from it). The coffee maker worked, then it stopped working, but the manager came and replaced it in the evening. She also showed me how to use the stovetop. More instructions are needed for that."

"A fine view of Bergen. Well appointed apartment. Comfortable and spacious. The office staff responded readily to my questions. Only 2 things needed, one important and the other far less important: a more detailed map of the streets to get to the apartment building! and a page in the house manual to give instructions on how to use the tv and remotes.
