"Clean and tidy business hotel. Our room was fine, if a little small but in line with our expectations. This hotel has a great location by the historic port and facing the Brugge. As such it is in easy reach of many of the sites, the main shopping district and a wide selection of restaurants. It offered a good, varied breakfast (including gluten free and lactose free options) and there was a baggage room where we could stow baggage until it was time for us to leave."

"The hotel is brand new, and in an excellent location. The staff were very helpful and friendly! Unfortunately, we felt like the experience we received was not as advertised. Upon arrival, the xpress check in machines are not working. Calling the number on the screen just gets you an automated voice walking you through the process that is clearly not working. A staff member can be summoned by selecting the "time sensitive issue" option. We were led to our room, which had not been cleaned. ...

"Location was excellent & room was good. Note, hallway kind of smelled like smoke, room door did not automatically lock when leaving so be careful, there was no kettle or completely tea/coffee which for the rainest city in Europe is just sad. There was a heater to dry wet clothes though this was an amazing option."

"Loved the hotel charm and the location. Heat was not working properly and we got locked into our room. No phone in the room so had to call from outside line. Good thing there wasn’t a fire. Also bar downstairs is loud and goes ‘til late at night"

"Very dated grand hotel in an excellent location.. it desperately needs a makeover, but saying that it’s a great value. With free breakfast and dinner with good food and great service that’s what you’re getting. The staff couldn’t be friendlier. Just expect old school styling. Very old school. I would recommend taking one of the few rooms facing the harbor, even though they are smaller they have windows facing the water. The rooms that are larger often have half windows so we chose a standard...

"Room size was good, quiet. Seemed like the floor wasn’t really mopped well because there were still crumbs and other things when we walked into the room. The location of the hotel was a bit odd. Not really walkable. Did not have breakfast due to limited options and was presentation"

"Your basic hotel room. They have a thermostat that doesn’t work so the only way to get any kind of air into the room is to open the window which lets in the noise"
