"Our room had a nice water view and breakfast, though crowded, was good. Because of the ongoing hotel cleaners strike in Norway housekeeping was affected and very limited though staff had towels available and assisted well through the front desk. One issue was that the shower, even when being careful, tended to attempt to flood the floor requiring extra towellls to sandbag the situation. All staff were friendly, attentive and helpful."

"My biggest complaints are that the beds and bedding were terrible. The TV also only had 2 channels and the chairs in the room were also uncomfortable. Good incentive to stay out and about, but i definitely think it is overpriced for such an uncomfortable room. The gym and breakfast were nice, and the staff was helpful."

"Unfortunately a strike was on at the hotels in Norway. Remains Staff did a wonderful job to keep the hotel operating a reduced capability. Breakfast offering greatly reduced with only very small reduction in cost. No room cleaning during our stay but no reduction in room rates. Again great job by staff but hotel could have more appropriately reduced costs to customers based upon reduced offering "
