"Hotel is beautiful, Ben from front desk is amazing and helpful and the valet staff as well. We have stay several times in this property and am a little upset as we left a charger in the room and it was taken. So please if you stay here make sure you dont leave anything behind you may not get it back."

"The front gentleman that helped us was nice. But the day shift girl that working at the gift shop, she's totally different story. Never dealt with that rude and carrying a don't care attitudes. My first day there and my second day there. I understand people have bad day. But I guessed that just HER. I bought the bracelet the price tag have $12.99 on it. But she charged me $18.99. When I asked about it. She just said the price sticker on it was wrong, by the way with her rudely attitudes. I asked her how would I know that if you guy put the wrong price on it. Then charged me almost 50% more if I didn't check my receipt? She only said it's $18.99. Then she just ignored me. On the other hand. The continental breakfast was very good. And the staffs work at the breakfast place, they're very nice and helpful. I thank you for them."

"I stayed there for one night in room 422 the room was okay but there's some things that could have been taken care of better like the king bed it's like the mattress don't fit the box spring and there were cobwebs up in the window when I open the curtain. I guess the air condition wasn't working in the hallway so it was kind of warm in the hallway when I passed the thermostat it said 77. In the bathroom the metal rod in the shower that you will use to get up out the tub if you was sitting in tub is very loose, and the water didn't get as hot as I thought it would get so I had a cold/warm shower. "
