"Booked a double bed was given a room with one double and twin bunk beds over the double bed, there was no air conditioner as advertised. The room was extremely small! When we asked they said rooms don’t have any a/c. And they all have bunk beds..No ice maker, no microwave even at reception area! Flies everywhere! Windows have no screens!! Staff was friendly!"

"Jammer dat mijn fiets niet veilig binnen gestald kon worden. Die moest nu de nacht buiten blijven, weliswaar afgesloten, maar bij zo‘n hotel zou toch een overdekte stalling, met mogelijkheid om je accu te laden, moeten zijn. Lakens zijn schoon, liggen los op het bed. Eén keer draaien en alles ligt gekreukt. Ontbijt was prima met fijne bediening. "

"We needed a stop over on tge way to the ferry. We didnt pay too much so our expectations were not huge. Very very tired and certainly not loved. I would never stay here again Ps I am not a fan of leaving bad reviews but this deserved it"

"Lovely accommodation in a beautiful area though we were on foot backpacking and unfortunately there was no evening food available so we didn’t eat as it was a walk back into town. Nice area to explore either walking or cycling and was very close to walk to the ferry on Rursee to go on to Rurburg. "

"We stayed at this hotel for the 3rd time, everytime another room and experience. Pity that 5 persons apartment was not in main building and without bath and tea facilities. Beds were excellent, far better than regular hotels. River view is also very nice. Half board is a good add on but slightly expensive. "
