"A wonderful experience. The room was quaint, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent much more than expected. The family and staff were lovely and the location was fantastic. Right in the heart of the city, in the fortress, felt very safe and was quiet. I would stay here again"

"Such a nice breakfast out on the patio. Quiet, peaceful. Took a dip in the pool which is gorgeous.. unfortunately weather not super warm during our visit but still enjoyed a refreshing dip! Loved our hike to SanGimingnano. Be aware that this is kind of a remote property, but it is beautiful and peaceful. Its up a windy dirt road. We stayed for dinner two nights and enjoyed the property and hiking. Very nice and helpful staff."

The staff was friendly, but the brochures need to be updated with the correct pricing, also it would be nice to know that they don’t provide certain spa services when you’re the only one asking for it. "Tolle Immobilie ist leider nur auf sehr schlechten und verstaubten Waldweg erreichbar. Das Schwimmbad ist am 9. Oktober seit sicherlich 1-2 Wochen deaktiviert, mit Algen und Schmutz nicht nutzbar. Hatte mich eigentlich sehr darauf gefreut. Das Frühstück ist - ok. Der Kaffee leider fast ungenießbar. Summa summarum- dennoch eine Reise wert. "
