"I stayed for 1 night. No problems. Very quiet dispute the hotel being sold out I believe mainly because of the sold out Karol G concert across the highway. I love that they provided shuttle buses to and from the Americana dream mall for free. The drivers were very nice. One unique thing was I got a call at 10:30am from front desk but the phone wasn’t working since I couldn’t hear what the person was stating. When I checked out, that’s when I found out the reason for the call was a courtesy reminder of check out at 11am."

"The room was very spacious, clean, had a lovely smell and most of all.. the rug on the floor was super clean. Like whoa! I enjoyed my stay, only thing was the tv remote.. the channels were not set correctly. Lol"

"Compared to the many hotel options near EWR, this was a good value. It was clean and comfortable and airport shuttle was efficient. It is also refreshing to see hardwood (simulated) floors instead carpeting - much easier to keep clean. There was no place to sit in front of the hotel or in the lobby. I understand there is normally a couch in the lobby. A bench in front of the Hotel is a good idea for guests waiting for the shuttle. Overall, I enjoyed my stay."
