"Very nice staff. Good drinks in the lobby bar. Parking, self and valet, were very expensive. Pool only open until 9pm. We reserved a 2 queen room with city view and ended up in an accessible room with 2 doubles, felt like a large twin, and staring at a wall out our window! The beds were very uncomfortable. Appreciated when we requested towels they were brought up in a timely manner."

"Great location right on Union Square. Large walk in closet in the room and sparkling clean bathroom. Complimentary coffee, tea, cookies, fruit and popcorn were unexpected. Would book this again!"

"The room would get very hot and humid, luckily the weather in San Francisco is very nice and we were able to open the windows. The main issue was that there were a lack of outlets in the room. Staff was very nice and helpful."
