"Very well organized hotel, close to LHR. Staff was super helpful and welcoming. They had all needed accessories available on reception, from umbrellas for hire to international electricity transformer for purchase. Room was clean and well equipped, including electric cattle, and coffee and tea you can make for yourself at any time. Breakfast is an extra charge, but for a fair price with great variety of fresh food. Only downside is the lack of public transportation to London close to the hotel,...

"Stayed for three nights and very much enjoyed our stay. Comfortable, clean room. Very friendly staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping, not to mention the nice ladies working in the breakfast room (special kudos to Navjot and Sendra). The airport shuttle was excellent, and the free laundry room was a definite plus. All of that at a reasonable price. You can't go wrong by choosing this hotel. "
