"I love the ostrich and this is my second time staying here. The steps are a bit much but it was erected in 1106. You couldn’t ask for nicer people, the food is great. Only thing is we had an early flight and it was a Saturday night with a pub so of course no sleep. But that’s not the fault of anyone but ours we should’ve brought earplugs because everyone was just having a great time."

"We had a lovely stay. Relaxed and fun. Staff super friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. Only dropped a star as we had a main course and shared a pudding which took over 2hrs all in all. We laughed about it, I can only assume there was a drama in the kitchen and that's 2hy we waited so long. Still, doesn’t put us off, we'd stay again "

"Fantastic find! Great location. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Dinner was delicious! Not very easy to park but wait after 6 pm and spaces become available. Overall, we liked the hotel a lot."
