"We love staying at this Holiday Inn Express. We always stay here on our way 'down South'. It is so convenient to access from the motorway and has so many amenities. Car parking is easy - right next to the hotel. If you feel energetic the walk into Warwick (Castle etc.) is very doable! We walk into the centre and back again and we are both over 70. Our room was on the ground floor this time and it was very quiet and in this hot weather we appreciated the air conditioning. The bar is well...
"The parking situation was confusing on some sites it states that disabled parking is free (which is one of the reasons we picked this hotel) and when we got to the hotel they then told me that we had to pay for parking. Luckily the staff did not charge us at their discretion. The breakfast options were not as varied as advertised (only choice of eggs was scrambled and highly peppered, no mushrooms, fried tomatoes etc)but what was offered was well cooked. "All staff were very friendly. The staff we had to interact with were efficient and polite. We had a family room and it was lovely, clean and the beds were very comfortable.
We also ate at the restaurant for dinner & breakfast the following morning. All was lovely, dinner was particularly tasty. "

"Perfect location for our overnight stay after visiting Cadbury World - just a 3 minute drive with free parking.
We had a triple room with 3 single beds with plenty of room for us all. Room was clean although a couple of the towels had stains on them.
Restaurant unfortunately wasn’t serving their regular dinner menu only a limited bbq so we went elsewhere for dinner. Breakfast was lovely and worth the money before checking out.
All staff we encountered were nice and polite - would 100% stay...
