"We stayed 4 nights. the personal is always excellent, well educated the best.. However the housekeeping was lacking and room lacked basic toaltteries making it less than a 5 star (5 star is about details) We had to call and ask a toothpaste etc. My slippers was taken away and I had to call to get slippers. Also middle of our stay a laundry bags and order plates were removed as well making it impossible to place a breakfast card on the door handle. Not even tipping a housekeeping 20-30 a day...

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an...

"We were very happy with the location. It was a lovely neighborhood and conveniently located near the Earl’s Court tube. We felt comfortable walking to and from the station. The staff was wonderful. We loved this property!"

"This was a solo trip for theatre week and it was perfection! Location is super convenient and the solo room (with window) was the perfect size for me. It had been 20 years since I had stayed there and the upgrades to the hotel were wonderful. Although I never ate at the hotel there were plenty of wonderful food options in the area. I always bring a sound machine with me, so I never heard any noise from the hallway during the evening. Will definitely stay there again on my next solo trip."

"Yes Breakfast was great, plenty of options. Rooms were cleaned and prompt response when we requested something. I think for the price we pay, it would be nice to have easy access to a simple cup of water, or complimentary cup of tea or coffee free of charge in the lobby."

"Breakfast had a lot of options, but didn’t like that we had to pay extra to have eggs prepared the way you wanted. Breakfast potato options could have been expanded beyond hash browns or tater tots. I liked that they had a carafe of coffee instead of waiting in a long line to make individual cups, but it was only available one of the days we were there."

"Excelente hotel, con una ubicación ideal, en una zona segura a pocos pasos de la abadía de Westminster, del St. James Park, de una estación del metro, de un par de Pubs y de muchas atracciones. Buen desayuno, completo y abundante. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero limpias y bien presentadas. El personal es de lo mejor y muy amable, en todas las áreas. Precio justo. Lo recomiendo ampliamente."
