Hotel is new and very clean. The staff we interacted with were great, and the hotel is in a great location. Rooms are small, as advertised, but that wasn’t an issue as we weren’t spending a lot of time in the room. My only warning is the lobby area has a very strong perfumed scent.

Great location for central London, practical no frills hotel, with no interactions with staff at any point. The shower wasn't the best, and they seemed to be issues with the escalators at the entrance. However I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Location is great. Hotel amenities were average. Bed is a little hard and only two pillows, no windows. There is a 50 euro fee for early check in, but staff is helpful and lets you store luggage (no charge).

Fantastic stay with great new rooms—just a bit dusty! What I liked: I’m a huge fan of Moxy hotels, and this stay reminded me why. The location is unbeatable and that long escalator entrance is such a cool, modern touch. I stayed on the 7th floor in a Queen room, which was surprisingly large and felt brand new. It’s clear they are doing a great job with the expansion of the hotel. Also, a huge shoutout to the check-in staff—they were absolutely amazing and made the process so easy! What could be improved? My only issue was the construction currently happening on the 7th floor. Because they are building more rooms, there was a lot of dust in the air. Without much airflow to clear it out, it did trigger my allergies during the night. Once the construction is finished and the air is clear, this place will be 10/10.
