Excellent Staff #1 in hotel, housekeeping & restaurant. Room very clean. I don’t recall any amenities. Rooms are European small however hotel rooms are small in Tokyo too. designers of hotel room should have chosen beds that allow one to slide their suitcases or other baggage under the bed. The poor room design makes it difficult to maneuver. Also disappointed with Expedia. I had a terrible accident after 3 days of stay. I ended up in hospital ER, surgery & PT for 9 days. My partner stayed in the room and negotiated w staff more days and a room closer to elevator for my recovery days before flying home. Since I registered under Expedia the email only came to me once. In the midst of all my pain and PT in hospital I missed the email. I received no phone calls from Expedia to confirm my extension. Due to no confirmation/payment the hotel took all of our belongings & baggage out of the room I held in storage until my traveling partner arrived to pay via her credit card. Quite upsetting & caused a lot of unnecessary problems & waiting delay in getting our baggage. Regards, Ann
